Hazards must be corrected upon discovery or isolated if it cannot immediately be corrected. If possible, tag out equipment, barricade unsafe conditions with caution tape, cones, or signs as necessary, and report the issue in one of the following ways:
· Call the Customer Service Center at 510-642-1032 or submit them with the Service Request Form
· Complete an EH&S safety concern report HERE(link is external)(link is external).
· Report your safety concern to your Supervisor or Department Safety Coordinator.
