In Fall 2015, we began the search of a partner to assist us with the implementation of Maximo, an enterprise asset management and work management tool to replace our current system. I am pleased announce that we have successfully completed the Request For Proposal process and selected GenesisSolutions as our implementation partner. We are working with the team from Genesis Solutions to build a project timeline and are tentatively planning to have their team on site the week of February 22, 2016. In early March, consultants from Genesis will host various Business Process Review sessions in order to learn our processes and begin to develop new processes that will support the new system.
