10-year Strategic Capital Renewal Plan
The program leadership developed a 10-year strategic renewal plan, for CRC and CPC review and approval, by incorporating data from former deferred maintenance priority lists, the comprehensive 90-in-90 building evaluation effort, Facilities Services prioritization requisitions, and Regional Managers’ recommendations for inclusion into the program.
