FS Custodial services Public Spaces (lobbies, hallways, center stairwells) daily in most areas around campus, five days a week, Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday.
Routine Public Space cleaning includes:
- Carpeted Areas vacuum- Daily
- Hard floor Sweep and Mop - Daily
- Emptying Trash & Recycling Cans - Daily
- Restroom Cleaning- Once a day ( see services under Restrooms above)
- Stairwells Sweep and Mop- Daily.
- Graffiti removal- When observed and reported
- Refinish hard surfaces and shampooed carpeted area- Once every Three Year. **Budget Constraint may affect this frequency
If you notice a problem with trash removal or an overflowing trash receptacle, please let us know by submitting a service request by emailing our Customer Service Center or contact your building manager.
