Annual program
An annual program of projects is developed in May, from the 10 yr strategic plan, budget call requests, Facilities Services recommendations, condition surveys, occupant concerns, Regional Manager requests, for review and confirmation by the Capital Renewal Committee (CRC) each year, then the annual plan is referred to the Capital Planning Committee for final approval in June.
