Work Requests

The CSC operates 24/7. If at any time you require or have a new maintenance request there are two avenues for obtaining maintenance services.

Work Orders (WOs) are issued for general maintenance or custodial needs.

Non-emergency:

Please email all details to fs-newsr@berkeley.edu.

Please note it is important when emailing or submitting your work order to submit an individual request for each service required. For example if you have three requests for one building please submit three emails to fs-newsr@berkeley.edu.  

All non-emergency requests will be responded to within three business days of receipt.
