Facility Manager Resources

Facilities Services works with a vital network of Building Coordinators (BC) and Facility Managers (FM) across campus. This page is designed to serve as a resource to those BCs and FMs to improve access to information and services relevant to their work.

Building Manager Emergency Network List

Facilities Services maintains a comprehensive list of all facility managers across campus. A smartsheet account (free) is required to view the sheet. Please view the sheet to request access.

Services & Funding

The FS Customer Service Center operates 24/7. Work Orders (WOs) are issued for general maintenance or custodial needs on an urgent and non-urgent basis.

Lead Times for Service Requests

Facilities Services aims to provide reliable service for our physical campus along with reasonable response times for the variety of work we provide. Estimated lead times refer to the time in which an FS trade's staff will be dispatched to observe the issue and create a plan to resolve it. The actual repair work may take longer than the lead time depending on what is required for the work/repair.

Funding

FS is funded to provide service to centrally-supported facilities, i.e., permanent facilities of the main campus which house academic or administrative functions and which are supported by the central budget. FS will also provide services through recharge.

Please use the Maintenance Funding Guide to learn more about the services delivered by the Facilities Services (FS) organization. The guide clarifies which services are centrally funded and which are chargeable to the customer.

Our recharge rates are updated every fiscal year. Please reference them for our current rates.

Facility Manager Dashboard

Facility Manager's are able to receive access to the FM Work Order Dashboard. This dashboard provides a centralized view of work orders across facilities, helping to track:

Open Work Orders tht are currently in progress

Closed Work Orders that have been completed.

Maximo data shown in this dashboard is refreshed daily at 6am.
