Capital Projects Interface
- Coordinate with campus office of Capital Projects on the development and execution of construction projects (new and renovations)
Long Range Asset Planning
- Work within FS and other campus departments to develop long range planning for assets to include asset maintenance cost information for regional buildings and comprehensive life cycle and support cost
Planned Maintenance
- Work with trade shops to coordinate maintenance activities by identifying critical needs and communicate client priorities
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Coordination
- Work with PM manager to coordinate and prioritize PM work in a region including major PM days
Utilities Maintenance
- Assist FS utilities shops with planning and issue resolution
