Administration

  • Provide general support of FS operations including: Historical data and building cost analysis, insurance claim oversight, data collection and standardization

Communications Liaison

  • Communicate/report building data to inform campus and/or Facilities Services of operational and functional issues

Custodial Coordination

  • Assist with custodial coordination between FS and occupants for escalation, QA/QC, and prioritization

Grounds

  • Assist Grounds team with planning and issue resolution

Work Order Coordination

  • Assist customers with work order/Maximo System access and training, WO escalation, and multi trade coordination
